product details:*QF series platform vibration isolation using: (imported) half diaphragm type air spring, integral welding support, ferromagnetic stainless steel table air vibration isolation optical platform, the overall height of 800mm, divided into air floating support and table two parts.
* The whole table is a three-layer sandwich honeycomb structure, using welding process (non-adhesive process), no loosening, cracking, falling off and other troubles. The surface material is SUS430 ferromagnetic stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance. Thickness according to the size design: 100/200/300mm, has a good hard weight ratio and rigidity. The table adopts precision grinding technology, the flatness of the table reaches 0.02 ~ 0.05mm/600mm×600mm, and the table is evenly distributed with M6 threaded holes according to the 25mm×25mm hole spacing, which is convenient to install all kinds of displacement table and adjusting frame.
* The air float support adopts (imported) half diaphragm type air spring, the air chamber is a two-layer structure, the overall welded four-support structure (3 meters and above 3 meters for six supports), and the damping vibration isolation pad is adopted below. The vibration isolation performance is good, and the natural frequency is generally less than 1~ 1.5Hz. 3 inlet level regulating valves sensitive response, response time is short.
* The height adjustment mechanism is divided into two parts: the lower part of the support (below each supporting leg) also has a high degree adjustment mechanism, can solve the uneven ground caused by the distortion of the support, deformation and other phenomena. The upper side of the bracket adopts three special height adjustment mechanisms, which can adjust the height and table level.
